The Australian Functional Fitness Federation assigned Dan Williams from Range of Motion to the leadership team this week!

Dan will be the Head Technical Official for the International Functional Fitness Federation – IF3 Masters World Championships / National Championship!

Having Dan join the the AFFF and our Masters World Championships adds an extra element to the World class event we have in store for you!

Dan Williams is the Director of Range of Motion and leads a team of Exercise Physiologists, Sports Scientists, Physiotherapists and Personal Coaches. He has a Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Health Science) and a Postgraduate Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation Science from The University of Western Australia, with minors in Biomechanics and Sport Psychology.

Dan has coached and taught sport and exercise for over 17 years working with many thousands of individuals along the full health spectrum, from the chronically injured, diseased and deconditioned, through to elite athletes.

Dan is a three-time CrossFit Games coach, four-time CrossFit Regionals coach, and four time CrossFit Regionals athlete (3x individual, 1x team). He has been involved with CrossFit since 2007, and has written for The CrossFit Journal.

Dan’s position within the AFFF establishes safety guidelines and rules and ensures that our code of conduct is met at all times.
Dan will be leading our TO’s (judges) during competition to ensure all competition movement standards are of the highest standard and that there is a fair and even playing field! He will be guiding our TO’s through the If3 TO course found here –>
